weblog reports

my reports are not showing anything after August 2018, I tried to run the analyzer and it crashes after 4-5mins.

The IIS logs that is reading from are on a load balance server.
also when I look at the schedule log, I see the scheduler still running and not finished yet!

please advise of what should I do next?

Probably the program also crashed when running from the scheduler, and in fact it's not running.

Does the program crashes when it performs the analysis or when it generates reports?

If you create dynamic HTML reports, do you have the option to include dynamic log data enabled (in Profile Properties > Report)? Disabling the option can help for analyzing large reports.

If you have the DNS lookup feature enabled (in Profile Properties > General), you should try to disable it too.
