Is it possible to add a default Filter to the Dashboard ?

I have a specific exclusion rule that I would like to include for everyone who opens the dashboard link, so that users do not have to set it every time?

It's not possible to add a predefined filter to dynamic HTML reports.

However, you can create an analysis-time filter in Profile Properties > Filters. This filter will be applied when the program analyzes the logs, so generated reports (including the dashboard) will reflect the filter. The downside is that users won't be able to remove the filter. If users should have easy access to statistics with and without the filter, you should consider creating two profiles (with and without the filter), so users will be able to easily switch between them.
