Weblog here to stay?

Weblog has somehow been installed on my computer and I can't get rid of it., Is there anyone who will tell me how to do this?> Thanks...M.

WebLog Expert can be uninstalled the same way as other software (Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program). Doesn't it work in your case?
