You can do it by unchecking the "Truncate text after question marks (?) in file names" option in the program options, "Analysis | General" category. It is also possible to set this option for specific profile only in "Profile Properties > General > Custom analysis settings > Query parameters in file names".

You can do it by enabling queries in reports. You can also use the "Access Statistics > Pages and Queries" report, you can enable it in Options > Report > Contents.
