Custom Log Format Doesn't Contain Any Information

Keep getting "analyzed log files don't contain any information" on the following log format that I'm required to use; however, I can't tell what is specifically not supported by WebLog Expert. Here is my current log_format: %{%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S}t.%{msec_frac}t %a \"%{X-Forwarded-For}i\" \"%{True-Client-IP}i\" \"%r\" \"%{Authorization_User}e\" %>s %b

Unfortunately the program doesn't support custom date formats in Apache logs (the first field in the log), so it cannot read log files in this format.
