Can I set the "Truncate text after question marks (?) in file names" at the Profile level?

I would like the "Truncate text after question marks (?) in file names" option checked in some profiles but not others. This appears to be a global setting - is it available at the profile scope?

Yes, you can change the setting for specific profile only in Profile Properties > General > Custom analysis settings > Files > Query parameters. Here you can choose to include or exclude all parameters (that appear in file names after question marks), or you can include or exclude only specified ones.
