I have weblogexpert 8.6 installed using IIS to display reports to remote users. I have cleared cache and reanalyzed the web site logs, but still receive this error for every report.
Cannot show the report: no information available for this profile or you do not have rights to access it. .The reports display following analysis on the weblog expert server, but through IIS

Did I understand correctly that the reports are shown if you use the built-in server, but aren't shown if you use IIS, while you use the same profiles and user? If so, it could be caused by permission problems. It seems that the report viewer cannot access the analyzed data, as the WebLog Expert Server runs under the local system account, while IIS runs sites under that IIS AppPool/* accounts by default.

To fix the problem, you should either change the permissions for the analyzed data files (analysis cache, you can view and change its location in Options > Analysis > Log Cache), or change the account for WebLog Expert reports in IIS.
