The Web Log Expert Service is gone

It doesn't show up in my list of windows services and the error I see is "Schedule engine is stopped"

You should try to start (or stop/start) it in the "Web Server" dialog in the program. The service is installed and uninstalled automatically when you start or stop it in this dialog.
