Handler issue when accessing WLE 7.7 from IIS 8.5
Hi,
I have WLE 7.7 installer and I am trying to add it as site in IIS 8.5 (Window server 2012 R2). It is throwing following error when trying to browse the application.

Error Code
0x80070021
Config Error
This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".
Config File
\\?\C:\Program Files (x86)\WebLog Expert\WebServer\WebApp\web.config
Please help me solving this issue.
